We currently offer two sizes.

How do I clean and maintain my slate placemats? +

Simply wipe down with a damp cloth. For any tough marks or stains, use water mixed with baking soda. Avoid over scrubbing with harsh brushes that can damage the surface of the slate.

Is the custom engraving permanent? +

Yes. We use high-precision laser etching that marks the stone permanently. The design will not fade or peel, even with daily cleaning

Is the product heat resistant ? +

Yes, due to slates natural properties these placemats are ideal for handling hot plates.

Are the product uniform? +

As this is a natural product, no two mats will be the same. But we believe this is part of the beauty of our Slate Placemats and one of its best-selling points.’

What is a set up cost and what’s included? +

Our set-up cost covers preparing your artwork for engraving and ensuring the best possible finished result. Our graphic design team will check that your logo is fully compatible with our engraving equipment and, if required, professionally redraw it to ensure a clean, high-quality finish.
